Timing...
Say someone posted an paper letter last week. I would say it's pretty much impossible for the other to receive it on Tuesday Morning. as Sat Sun Mon are LONG WEEKEND. If someone sent the letter out last Friday, it'll most likely reach the others' real inbox Wed. But for someone who's in Hobart, then it's pretty impossible to check the real inbox in Sydney from Tasmania. um... confusing hey.

but the thing is, what if it was posted last tuesday. it should've arrived by friday at least, then, the problem of not being able to check in person while in Tassy does not exist.
