Bins? Where?

Have anyone noticed that there isn’t no RUBBISH BIN inside train stations. And they say DON’T BE A TOSSER and provide no bins. We want to sue Boost Juice outside our store in Pagewood. Everyday, we have to clean up to 20 empty Boost Juice’s bottle. Customer simply chooes to leave them on the floor or shopping shelves. Sometimes, they are ‘merciful’ leaving only empty ones on the floor. Other time, they left half full bottle which later being knocked down, JUICE EVERYWHERE. Mind you, we have 5 BINS in the store. If Central has 1 bins, we have 400% more, yet people little more in Big W than central… Hey, maybe we should introduce a $250 fine.
