Another side of story

Some not quite agree with the previous reason regarding 'why Carr quits?' - NSW seems to be the highest Taxed state, yet the public infrastructure rate low against other leading state? (how many states we have) like Trains, Bus, Hospital .. etc.

Now only that, after the mega tax, Sydney Transit evilly rely on the inelastic demand in public transport, increase price marginally every now and then to maximise profit. Yet, the train is late, bus is old. (Well, true they employed quite a few new buses, but the review of those new buses are not as great as those old Benzes, yes we love the Benz buses). The only thing I am satisfied is the Millieum Train, muffled cabin, sublime suspension give hotel level of comfort.

Yes, so in another word, NSW is doing great in other area, but tax - infrastructure is not so great, so to make it easier for the next premier in NSW, it's best Bob quits and so let public start to used to the new guy... ... Doesn't matter why he quits, the chances are he will not reveal it publicly about it.
