Onsite technician would not be able to bring all the necessary parts. So in a way, it’s like 20 Minutes PIZZA Delivery Guarantee, but with a clause, we will send a pizza boy to your door in 20 minutes, but we can’t be sure if he brings the right pizza or not. That’s how bad is the 4 hours onsite is, that’s why we should start damage control from the beginning.
